Health ConditionsÂ
Owners MUST inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioural concerns prior to the appointment. Elderly or anxious dogs will be groomed with extra care, however grooming is undertaken at the owners risk.
Behaviour & Welfare
The safety and wellbeing of your dog is always my priority. If a dog becomes overly stressed, aggressive, or unsafe to groom. I reserve the right to stop the groom at any stage. Full or partial charges may still apply.
Matting
Dogs presented with severe matting may require extra time, additional charges or a shorter clip for welfare reasons. Matted coats can cause discomfort, irritation, and hidden injuries. I will NOT sacrifice vanity over humanity. Where every care is taken during the grooming process. I can not be held responsible for any pre - existing or ailments revealed as a result of a matted coat. Veterinary treatment may be advised where necessary.
Cancellations & No ShowsÂ
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no shows may result in a cancellation fee and future appointments may require a deposit.
Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, late arrivals may result in a shortened groom or cancellation if there is not enough time available.

LiabilityÂ
Where every care is taken during grooming, grooming equipment is sharp and accidents can occasionally happen. especially with matted, elderly, anxious or wriggly dogs. Owners accept the risks when booking an appointment.
Photography & Social Media
Photos/videos will be taken for social media or promotional purposes. Please let me know if you would prefer your dog not to be featured.
Collection PolicyÂ
Due to our salon being cage free. I ask that your dog must be collected promptly once notified their groom is complete. Late collection may incur an additional charge if it affects later appointments.
Puppies
Puppy introductions are designed to create a positive grooming experience. Depending on your puppy's age, coat condition, and behaviour, not all services may be completed during their first appointment.
Fleas & Parasites
If fleas are found during the groom, treatment shampoo will be used, and an additional charge of £10 will be added to cover extra time, products and cleaned required. Owners will be informed if fleas are discovered during the appointment.
